First of all – Thank you for your interest in my work.

IF you have been returned to this page from Pay Pal after a purchase, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you  shortly from Pay Pal. Please keep all original packaging until you know you will not want a return, Please keep artwork from being damaged. See directions below.

Fine Art Prints will be “flat-packed”, wrapped in Glassine, acid free paper, between sheets of foam core, and in a cardboard box.

There are several ways to buy from me.

(I do offer returns on original artwork- see details below.)

1) Use the buy now button on the image detail page and use the shopping cart. This is the easiest way. The shopping cart uses PayPal for it’s credit card processing, they accept the above cards and your PayPal account if you have one or want that. (OR if you have a PayPal account-but don’t want to use that to pay- enter an e-mail address that is not tied to your account when filling out the form.)

2) I can send you a PayPal e-invoice which allows you to pay with a credit card. You’ll need to call me first so I can set it up and email to you. It’s just another way to pay with a card except it doesn’t go through my web site.

Please note: I can only ship to a confirmed address with signature confirmation. I cannot ship to a post office box.

Shipping– The work is shipped insured, with tracking and insurance, and because original art is one of a kind, it must  be sent with a signature confirmation to a confirmed address in the US. I ship using UPS or FedEx mostly. However, if I get a better rate, it could be USPS. The shipping is free, my item price reflects the cost of shipping, insurance, materials included.

I ship my work unframed  because it is much easier, cheaper shipping, much less expensive for you and you get to choose the frame that you like from your local frame shop. It will be  sandwiched between archival glassine paper and cardboard, and covered in plastic for protection.

I will provide you with all the tracking details and I must ship with signature confirmation. That means someone must be there to sign for it or you will be left a notice of “attempt to deliver” and you can re-schedule it or pick it up at the local office of the shipper.

Returns–  These haven’t happened yet.  My artwork looks better when you see the original. If the work just doesn’t work in your space or you find that it’s not what you expected you may return it undamaged, insured, and in original packaging within 7 days after receipt of artwork. Please call me right away and let me know, so that I can know when I will get my artwork back. I will refund your money- less the shipping costs, (which is standard practice) as soon as I have the work returned to me; UNDAMAGED. That means you don’t allow it to sit around your living room getting torn, having pets sleep on it, or spilling coffee on it. Re-wrap it right away, send it back to me right away, not months later, within 7 days.

Damages– This hasn’t happened yet either. I use a packaging and shipping service which is very good and guarantees their work. If the shipment arrives to you already damaged, please call me right away. This would be the fault of the shipper and I would work out a way to return the shipment by having them pick it up if possible and I will provide a refund to you after it arrives back to me. (It’s my problem after that.)

Refunds will go back through the shopping cart system, then back onto your credit card, unless you paid by check. (Minus the return shipping costs; a common practice).

If you aren’t happy for any reason or have a question- please call me first, we can always work something out.
